If a tool does not earn its place in your kitchen, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery.

Returns we accept

• Unused tools in their original packaging.
• Tools that arrive damaged, defective or different from your order.

Returns we cannot accept

Tools that have been used with food cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, so they can only be returned if they are defective.

Defects

If a blade arrives dull, a spring is broken or a part is missing, email a photo to [email protected]. We will send a replacement or refund you, and in most cases you will not need to return the faulty item.

How to return

• Email [email protected] with your order number and tell us what is wrong.
• We will reply with return instructions. Please pack blades safely with their covers on.
• Return postage is paid by you unless the tool is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Your refund

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been checked. Shipping fees are not refunded.
