Packing your order

We pack orders within 1–3 business days. Blades are fitted with covers or sheaths and wrapped so they arrive safely and so nobody gets hurt opening the box.

How long it takes

Standard tracked delivery takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. During holidays and in remote areas, please allow a little extra time.

What it costs

Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. If a free-shipping promotion applies, it is deducted automatically.

Following your parcel

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. The first scan can take up to 48 hours to appear.

If something goes wrong

• Damaged on arrival: send a photo to [email protected] within 7 days and we will replace it.
• No tracking update for 10 business days: let us know and we will chase the carrier, then resend or refund if the parcel is lost.

Customs

Some countries charge import duties or taxes. These are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
